In a deal signed in March 2010, the ownership of the Raodspan Group, which includes their contracting arm, Roadspan Surfaces and the Asphalt Plan t business, was changed.  This deal incorporated the adjustment of the ownership proportions.  The company now has ownership of 70% to Wilson Bailey Holmes Ovcon and a further 10% to each of the following companies Ellerine Bros. (Pty) Ltd, CoroCapital and Amrite Group (Pty) Ltd.  This new structure will assist in further development of the group.
