ARCHIVE :Roadspan sells 30% to WBHO

In a deal signed on Friday 16 January 2009, WBHO has acquired 30% of the Roadspan Group. This includes their contracting arm, Roadspan Surfaces, the Asphalt Plant business and the Roadspan share of the Roadspan Sanyati joint venture.

While the association with WBHO is expected to offer significant benefits to the recently formed Roadspan, there will be no change in the management structure of the group and it will have little impact on the day to day operations.
